What is Project Management?
Project management is the methodical application of techniques, knowledge, skills, and tools to project activities from start to finish. It is the discipline to plan and guide the processes of projects so as to meet the requirements of the project.
When in IT industry, we hear the word Lead/leader we tend to think of someone who does no work and always tries to push things from his/her plate to someone elses and goes on vacation every other month. Well, that was my idea till I became a Lead myself. And how wrong I was!!
How can a good Project Manager be differentiated from a crowd of Project Managers. Obviously not by randomly picking but rather looking whether they are divergent or not. In this modern era, there is no place for one dimensional Project Management.
