Goals

The goal was to create a responsive and user-friendly website for the NRBs to submit and review the status of their proposals. Also for the admin to easily manage the proposals, users and site content,

Challenges

There were no major issues for development. The only issues encountered were during the live deployments process.

Solution

The site development was made easy by CakePHP 3.x. The live deployments issue was resolved by using git workflow on live server. Also made extensive use of ssh commands to handle the server.

Result

An attractive site was developed. The NRBs can visit the website, participate in forums and submit their proposals.

A tracking system is developed wherein the NRBs will be emailed their project status also they can check it themselves through the tracking link. The Admins have a user-friendly UI to review the projects and maintain the site content as they like.
