Case Study – Paleo Potluck (Mobile App)

An Overview:
This app stood out from the rest for its simplicity and innovative design. The goal of the app is to bring to its users the very best of

Paleo dessert recipes. All recipes are free from gluten, grain, legumes, dairy and refined sugar.

This project has 2 interfaces: Mobile and Web

The Web interface is used to add new recipe. The admin has the right to approve or disapprove the recipe from the back-end. The recipe can be linked to instagram account and/or website or blog. The approved recipe(s) will be shown on the mobile app.

We wrote all the API(s) so that the mobile app can communicate with the back-end and get necessary details.

The client provided all the designs for the Web and Mobile, including UI specifications.

The home screen displays list of latest published recipe and required to show the “Recipe of the day”.

The user is allowed to favorite (like) any recipe and will be shown in the “Favorites tab”. The top 10 tab displays all the recipe that are favorited the most.
