3. Timeline for Completion
Project timelines are specified in the agreement and depend on the scope and complexity of the project. Delays may occur if:

- Additional requests or changes are made outside the agreed scope
- External factors arise that are beyond SJ Innovation LLC's control
4. Client Responsibilities
The successful and timely completion of a project is dependent on the client’s collaboration. Clients are responsible for:
- Providing complete and accurate project requirements
- Responding promptly to requests for feedback or approval
- Making timely payments as per the agreed schedule
Any delays on the client’s part may impact the overall delivery timeline.
5. Revisions and Modifications
Each project includes a specified number of revisions or changes as defined in the service agreement. Additional revisions outside the agreed scope may incur additional fees. SJ Innovation LLC will notify the client of any such fees before proceeding with extra work.
6. Payment and Fees
SJ Innovation LLC operates under the following payment terms:

- Ongoing Services: Recurring services such as maintenance or marketing are billed monthly or at intervals specified in the agreement.

7. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital services, SJ Innovation LLC does not offer refunds for completed work or services that have already begun. If a project is terminated before completion, the client is liable for payment of any work completed up to the termination date.
For ongoing services, clients may cancel at any time by providing written notice. No refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the service period.
8. Delivery of Digital Services
Upon completion, all digital services, such as website files, code, designs, or other deliverables, will be provided electronically via email, file sharing services, or through direct website deployment. The service is considered fulfilled once the final deliverables are provided.
For ongoing services (such as website maintenance or SEO), fulfillment occurs continuously as services are provided over time.
9. Cancellations and Termination
- For Project-Based Work: Either party may terminate the agreement before completion, with written notice. Any work completed prior to termination will be invoiced accordingly.
- For Ongoing Services: Clients may cancel ongoing services by providing [30 days’] written notice. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period.
10. Force Majeure
SJ Innovation LLC will not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance due to events outside of our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of nature, technical failures, or other unforeseen circumstances.
